Devin Shobe, MAI, ARA, is Principal of Consolidated Appraisal Services Company and a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in Ohio and Indiana. With more than a decade of professional real estate appraisal and consulting experience, Devin specializes in agricultural, commercial, and complex real estate appraisal assignments throughout Ohio and Indiana.
Devin holds the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute and the Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA). His experience includes comprehensive real estate appraisal reports and advisory services for financial institutions, legal professionals, and private stakeholders.
Devin is active in professional appraisal leadership at both the state and national levels. He serves as Immediate Past President and Government Relations Committee Chair for the Ohio Chapter of ASFMRA, Co-Chair of the national ASFMRA Membership Committee, and as a member of the Government Relations, Education, and Ethics & Standards committees.
Devin earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Northwestern Ohio with a major in Specialized Studies–Business.

Timothy L. Harpster, ARA is Founder and President Emeritus of Consolidated Appraisal Services Company. Timothy L. Harpster holds the Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation which is awarded to by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) to those members who have had years of experience, are technically trained, have passed a rigid examination, and subscribe to a high code of ethics. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University.
His appraisal education includes courses and seminars sponsored by ASFMRA, conservation easement appraising, yellow book, and eminent domain appraisal classes from ODOT. He has completed numerous appraisals ranging from simple single family residential properties to complex eminent domain takings, and including various industrial and commercial properties, as well as unimproved farm properties and specialized livestock facilities.

Tara Hilty is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser specializing in agricultural real estate and complex agricultural facilities throughout Ohio, Michigan, and surrounding markets. Her appraisal experience includes productive farmland, commercial poultry and egg-production facilities, swine operations, dairy and beef facilities, grain storage and handling facilities, conservation easements, rural residential properties, and agricultural equipment and chattel.

Jerry joined Consolidated Appraisal Services Company in May, 2015 and covers the Northwest and North Central counties in Ohio. Jerry combines his appraisal and banking experiences with an accounting background which includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Bowling Green State University and three years of experience in public accounting. He is the youngest of eight children and grew up on a large (for its time) 50 head dairy farm with 400 acres of grain farming.
Growing up, Jerry could be spotted in the hay mound 90% of the time either unloading hay/straw or shooting baskets above the milking parlor. Jerry graduated with honors from Upper Sandusky High School in 1995, Bowling Green State University in 1999, and the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, WI in 2012. Besides appraising; his professional experience includes auditing, credit management, and branch management.
Jerry resides in Upper Sandusky with his better half, Heidi. They have two internationally adopted children from Chelyabinsk, Russia. Grace was born in 2003 and Ashton in 2004. Jerry refers to the international adoption as a utopian experience. In his spare time he enjoys helping on his family’s grain and beef farm, playing and coaching basketball, and watching The Ohio State Buckeyes. Jerry combines his professional and personal experiences to provide a comprehensive approach to the appraisal profession.

Max is a graduate of Xavier University
Max joined Consolidated Appraisal Services Company in 2025 and specializes in commercial, industrial, and multifamily appraisals in central and southern Ohio. He is apprenticing under the guidance of Robert Kuehnle, Ohio Certified General Appraiser. Based in Columbus, Max serves Franklin, Delaware, Licking, Pickaway, Fairfield, Union, and Madison counties.
